Responsibilities
- Work with the Maintenance Director and the rest of the maintenance team to complete work orders and other required tasks
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Complete specific work orders under own responsibility within a reasonable time
- Travel to and from properties. Must be familiar with GPS navigation and sequencing
- Assist Property Managers and Maintenance Director with any Tenant Issues Related to Work Orders
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Manage work orders from our program
- Document information and Communicate information effectively
- Report to – Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Director
Qualifications
- Have previous experience dealing with property management, general residential and/or multifamily maintenance (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Painting, Drywall, Etc.)
- Be familiar with maintenance tools and equipment
- Be driven and strive to bring your best self to work each day
- Be deadline and detail-oriented
